At Corazón y Aire Psychotherapy and Life Guidance, therapy sessions typically run between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This duration allows us to provide comprehensive support while ensuring each session is focused and effective. Our goal is to create a comfortable and productive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
A therapist is a licensed mental health professional trained to diagnose and treat emotional and psychological disorders.
